I applied for the homestead exemption and have had nothing but difficulties getting this office to send me my information so I could get a deduction on my mortgage. I spoke with Ken over at the office and he was very rude and unhelpful and eventually hung up on me when I was asking for my documentation. This is not how a property appraisers office should be run and I hope they make the proper improvements to make things run smoother.
