They are so helpful and kind. They are very far from being the stereotypical tax collectors.
The staff here is amazing. They are very nice, and will work with you to get you in and out as fast as possible. Now I know that kindness is not worth it if you have to wait for hours to get service, but here that is rarely the case. They open more windows if need be and are very good about keeping the flow of people moving. I have been to all but one other tax office in Tallahassee, and I will always go back to this one.
Long wait
I have to go to the tax collector quite a bit as part of my job. I usually go to the one near my office on Metropolitan Blvd but after getting horrible customer service I have been driving the extra distance to visit the lovely people at this office location. The representatives at the N Monroe office have been kind, courteous, and respectful. I will continue to drive the extra distance to come here.
