I was a long time customer and especially liked the Mahan branch office but their online banking became too much of a hassle. Between not being able to login and online bill payment checks always being late, then they refused to honor a bill pay check sent to a local business because it wasn't cut on their bank. They are contracting out their bill pay service and they won't even cash their own contractor's checks. I moved my business after that.
Why is it so difficult to get someone to answer the phone? Since they changed to a bank from a CU, it has become all about the money and is no longer about customer service.
The phone system is always screwed up and the new credit cards they sent out do not have the correct customer service number on them. It is very hard to reach a person at times.
