If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had my son's birthday party here, and were told one price on the phone by one employee; when we went to check out at the end of the party we were told a higher price. There was an extra fee tacked on which we had been told was included in the party package. This place of business really needs to provide paperwork as an itemized bill prior to the party. We were treated rudely by the assistant manager here who had absolutely zero customer service qualities. We sent a lengthy, respectful email to the manager and received a one sentence reply of "they would look into it." There was not even an apology. Please take your business elsewhere! Take it to a place that shows at least a little bit of customer service.

I'm giving this place a 5 because we had a lot of fun! I signed my children up for free bowling, 2 free games everyday until October. That's a good deal! I did have to pay for shoe rental but $18 for a mom & 3 kids aged 4-8 isn't bad for probably 2 hours of bowling. Food did seem a little pricey but we went to bowl not eat. Everything was clean, staff was nice, even the man that had to retrieve the ball that my 4 yr old rolled & stopped in the middle of the lane. There's a nice game room too. We'll be going again thru out summer break.

I love bowling, but this is why we never go. It's always overpriced and old equipment.

First, did not know on Saturday night adults still went bowling. That was nice to see. We went with another couple just looking for something to do. We almost left once we came in. $20 dollars for two games! It cost $80 dollars for the four of us to bowl. This place uses old equipment, and our Lane stopped working twice. We had to go to counter to also tell them our balls weren't coming back. We did that at least 5 times. Was the glowy atmosphere nice with the two big screen playing music videos? Yes, that was nice. But they had way old bowling equipment, and old bowling software and TVs. This should have been like 5 dollars a game. If they updated everything and made this place nice , maybe it would be worth that much to enjoy time worth your friends rolling a ball at some pins.

Wasn't worth the price. Spent most of the time going to the counter for lane issues. Go an tell the staff about the lane issues an the gentleman made a comment to my 11 year old daughter what about it. First time here an I'm disappointed.

Kids had a great time playing! The place is a little run down but all in all a great family time. Remember to bring your own socks. ❤️
