I've been going to Super Lube on Thomasville Rd near Timberlane and the flyover for years. I took my sons truck in several months ago. The service was horrible. The asst mgr there but it was slow and they guys were having a personal conversation and the customer service was horrible. They hardly comunicated with me. They did throw 2 windshield wipers on the hood and said buy one get one free. I was very disappointed.
Well 7/1/16 I looked to see my sticker to see when my next oil change was and no sticker. They didn't reset the settings. I guess they checked my tires. Didn't really tell me much because I said all I wanted was an oil change. When I went back yesterday an employee named Matthew was very helpful. He got my sticker, checked under my hood and tires. Very nice and great customer service.
While waiting I watched the same asst mgr Nathan looking at everything but what was going on in the shop. Not friendly, not helpful and not mgr material. I watched him take at least 5 minutes to open a gas treatment because he was so busy looking out at the street. Which he constantly did while I was there both times. I can't believe he is in management. Every other Super Lube everyone is friendly and let you know what all is going on in your vehicle. I would hope you would reward someone who makes your customers feel welcome and helpful instead of someone who could care less if you're a satisfied customer or not. I will definitely ask for Matthew next time and if he isn't there I will go to the Super Lube down the street on Capital Circle next to Lowe's because they are super nice.
Thanks for ruining my daughters new car. She just got it and took in to get oiled changed and super lube emptied oil and never filled it back up. I ending up putting the four quarts you were suppose to after driving it without oil for 90 miles and ruined rings. Took it to a mechanic and found metal shavings in oil. Took it back to super lube and denied it. I have 8 vehicles that I had you guys change oil, now I will never do business with super lube again and will tell everyone I know to never go there . Take responsibility of your screw ups and own up to your mistakes.
I ran out and grabbed a sub next door and came back about a half an hour later. I sat in the office waiting for my car to finish when about 45 minutes into the appointment I asked if they could also quote a price for wiper blades. He asked which car was mine and said he would get the quote. He also said that they recommend that I purchase new tires for my car and they were working on a quote for those too.
I am appalled by the lack of communication and terrible service I received.
About ten minutes later I walked up to the counter to ask if my car was about finished since it had been an hour since I had handed over the keys. They stated that the wiper blades were expensive and ran about $90, so I passed. Then I was informed again that they recommend I purchase new tires. I said I do not wish to do so but would like to pay for the tire balancing if my car was nearly finished. This is when they told me that they hadn't performed ANY services to my vehicle because I needed new tires.
I came in to get my tires balanced and rotated and placed a service order specifically to do just that and they did NOTHING. I took two hours off of work and was sitting there for over an hour all for nothing. I asked why he didn't call me to tell me this news or think to tell me while I was sitting in the waiting area. And his response was "I wasn't here". So he pulled my car around and said nothing else. I told him I couldn't afford to buy new tires (even though they didn't even have them in stock!) and could afford to better the situation by getting the services I had requested. So now I have a 5 hour drive ahead of me with no rotation, balance, or new tires. Way to go Super Service Center.

Before heading out of town for a 5 hour drive I scheduled an appointment to use my Super Lube coupon and cash in my free tire rotation at the Auto & Tire Super Service Center. Big mistake. When I got there I asked what the additional cost to balance my tires too would be, $39.95, so I asked that they add this service to my tire rotation. They said it would be about an hour to do both.
