Suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs. Had to give one star to leave a review. If negative stars were allowed, I would have used one.
This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with (or lack thereof.) Multi Financial holds a loan of ours, originated with our county of residence, of which we have been trying to pay on, on time, for the past FIVE MONTHS- to date, the life of our loan. Every month, they fail to take the payment. They continue to hit us with late fees, and late notices, despite having the correct account information- which is hurting us. Speaking with someone is impossible, as there only seems to be three people working for the whole company. Leaving a message is pointless, as no one returns your calls. If this issue (the removal of accumulated late fees with no due cause) is not remedied promptly, I will be contacting the BBB, as well as the originator of our loan, to have the issue resolved. -Amanda Fishman
