Price gauging items in store. There was a candy bar for 1.75, but he put in the price of 1.99, when I asked why the price was changed he wouldn't answer and didn't even check to see the pricing on the shelf. I was only buying 1 item, imagine families who were buying more.
see, I want I iced coffee, so I put about 12-14 oz of coffee in 32 oz cup, then I fill it the rest of the way with ice, the gentlemen at the counter noticed I used spare cup to pour ice as to not splatter coffee all over machine. he didn't like the fact that I put it back, I agreed and offered to pay, he then said ity would be $3.21 for the coffee, I said can I keep the other cup, he said no, that was for 32oz of coffee, I explained it was less than 16 oz and said the other people only charge me for one, he said which people, I said the girl that is normally here is one of them? he then said she would be fired, I asked angrily why would you fire someone for that, and proceeded to show him exactly how much coffee I used, he ignorantly proclaimed "that's the way it is" as if he were her superior, I proceeded to defend the other attendants honor as to save her job and finally found out he was not the manager, tried calling the number he gave me for the manager and it went to fax. this guy has taken what little autority he has to far and to the point of threatening someone else's job.

The customer service was amazing and they also got a new management and it is very nice, the place is also very clean now too. And also when I asked if they had coffee they said no but they said they would make it fresh for me and they did.
This was the best place I have ever been to.
