Don't get stuck with Aaron Wayt. He recently called me several years after the fact to ask about the outcome of my case (way to be professional!). This was after forgetting to inform me about court dates and then recommending restitution, which I could have done on my own without paying him thousands of dollars. Years later an attorney friend confirmed that Wayt is neither a good lawyer, nor person.
