The wild boar have been coming into the park more and more. Please be careful if you walk at dawn or dusk! If you see any DO NOT APPROACH! THEY CAN AND WILL ATTACK! Good place to walk though. Trash is a big issue in the water because of the drainage into the lake from town.
Nice variety of birds and plants, but too many fire ants; glad to see a porta potty available; now we just need a picnic table...
It's a very nice walking park, but the city needs to add some trash cans and benches. It had so much potential

Nice scenic park with a paved trail around the "lake" (stormwater facility). Great place to get out for an easy stroll or a strenuous run.
