Wonderful and quiet place for hiking and getting in contact with nature. The wet sinks are a sight to see and will make you wish you could go for a swim on hot days. The trail is short for experienced hikers, but with the many opportunities to stop and sightsee you can spend 2-3hrs here

An awesome place to hike if you are about exercising, the change in terrain is awesome and it is not usually to packed up with other hikers, if you like your space and peace away from civilizations influence. Maybe you like being in nature experiencing and seeing the beauty of an ecosystem that is barely touched and is only protected and monitored by people enough it can be experienced by others at its closest natural state. So if you like to hike and be in nature to have a good trail that is a natural path unchanged bye people for the most part with a regular change in terrain and scenery that is wound through, around, up and down hill from one sinkhole to the next, with signs that name the sink or give information about a certain thing along the way. It is good for the purpose of exercise, but is also not too hard for most individuals to complete in about an hour or two. I have been walking the trail since I was big enough to walk, most of the way, without being carried bye my father, or mother who I've shared many a walk on the trail, gained my passion for walking the trail and most my memories of Leon Sinks are with my mother and baby sister in them, and due to mom, I still hike on and speak on or show others about the trail and park to share the same cool thing and experience my mom did with me. It is a place you will probably return to walk again once you have done it the first time. Maybe one day we will pass each other on it?

Wonderful beautiful natural area! Easy trail with lots of stops and opportunity for awesome photos! Be prepared for anything the rain came from nowhere (it is Florida), but sure helped cool off the August heat.

Awesome place! Cant believe this exists

We loved this park. The hiking trails offer everything, from waterfalls to Cyprus swamps and everything in between. A word of warning though: wear long pants if you go off trail into the sinks and the climb on some of them is quite steep.
