4 appointments with no show and no call. He called me once when he was 3 hours late to explain he was very busy and needed to reschedule. He then no showed the rescheduled appointment. I called him and asked him to pick a day where he had absolutely no jobs scheduled so he could detail my truck first thing in the AM. I had assurance he would be there at 8AM since he had no one scheduled before me. No show and no call. Absolutely disgraceful service. Voicemail is constantly full.
EDIT: I just heard back from him and let's just say that didn't go well. Alan (the owner/operator) was incredibly frustrated with how busy his Groupon campaign made him (go figure) and cursed me out for being upset with him missing an appointment on a day that HE PICKED. He repeatedly told me I "didn't understand" his issue, yet he failed to see that going out of town over the weekend and not wanting to work Monday morning (his words, not mine) had nothing to do with his groupon.
Made an appointment for this past Wednesday and he was a no-show. Tried calling the day before to confirm and the voice mailbox was full. Tried calling Wednesday when it was obvious he was late and still the voice mailbox was full. I was never called and he was a no-show which makes this company a NO-GO in my book.
