Having called the number listed at 16:47 Hrs on a Wednesday late afternoon, my call was acknowledged within 3 rings and answered by a young lady with the utmost professionalism in what appeared to be a utmost genuine interest in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. After having been re directed to the most/best qualified individual to assist me in my inquires I again was greeted wiht the utmost genuine concern in assisting me with my concerns. For the answers not immediately available, I was promised a response to some incidental technical inquires I had within 24 hrs, and after satisfactorily conclusion of my call I felt fully satisfied.
