Other reviews talked about long lines and terrible customer service... I'm assuming it depends on the time you visit. When I get there as they open around 9/9:30am the employees are friendly and informative. I have been using this post office for the past 2 years and no complaints so far!
Lines get kind of long but when I reach a customer rep they are always so friendly. So that makes up the lines being long
Every time I mail something, it either doesn't get there on time or doesn't get there at all. USPS has to be the most unprofessional and unreliable of any company. I wish there was a way I could mail letters through UPS or FEDEX.
I ordered a package that got caught in the chaos of hurricane Irma. Amazon says USPS has it, USPS states they never received it. I go to the nearby post office trying to get clarification and instead am treated to a rude office manager who doesn't even pretend to be helpful. The last package shipped through USPS was delivered to the wrong address. The only reason I received the package at all was that the person that it shipped to in error dropped it of at my address. The Europeans can land a probe on a comet hurtling through space, USPS can't deliver a package down the street. They are less than useless.
I had a package that wasn't supposed to be bent, very important papers. They sent it back to me and forced it into my mailbox. The package is not bent and ruined. Thanks for nothing USPS.
