I love going here on Saturday morning brunch after my Boot Camp class and getting one of those meaty bagels. The staff is super nice, I always like Isaiah to make my bagel sandwich, he now knows how I like my bagel toasted. Thanks Isaiah.
Great place to get bagels and coffee. One of my favorite go-to locations. This place is always clean and every employee I have ever met there was very kind and professional.
I've been to this location 3 times now. Every time staff seems short staffed and preoccupied. They will eventually greet you. Bins are always full but if you go later in the day the bagels are tough. I found that going earlier in the morning I got a softer bagel. May just be my preference. They have a wonderful selection on the menu. My only wish is that they sold individual small containers of cream cheese for people only wanting one bagel.
Love Bruegger's! They have the best bagels. The service is fast and the staff is always nice.
Born and raised in New York and I know a decent bagel when I see one. I see a lot of bagels in this here Bruegger's that reminds me of the bagels from when I was a kid. The customer service is as good as the bagels. I wasn't sure how a particular drink tasted so i asked both the young men working behind the counter and they both didn't know but one suggested that it was actually really good based off of what he had heard. I figured he may be just trying to sell me the drink but I bought it and we tried it together both affirming that the drink was quite good. The other guy didn't wanna try the drink, but I'll still be frequenting this fine establishment all the while raving about the positive customer service experience.
