I do not appreciate my credit card being snatched out of my hand. That is very rude and the worst customer service you can provide. This was a shift leader at that.
I've had a great experience ordering every time I go to this location. Friendly staff, and a clean over all establishment. Excellent ice cream!!
Couldn't find it absolutely love cold stones but there wasn't one sign pointing to it nothing. I had a terrible day I'll I wanted was to eat here and I got bad directions just perfect. It looks like a location that is not even opened yet but when I look on the website it says it has. Whatever.
Went here recently and was very disappointed. Hondra was VERY rude to my 10 year old and that ruined the entire experience for all of us. I will never return to this store. One star only because the kids liked their ice cream.
