*specifically asks if they still have a certain food item before ordering, pays for order, waits 20 mins to find out they don't*
Every time I come here I order an almond milk latte but over half the time they tell me they don't have almond milk. It seems to depend on the cashier and one in particular is lazy and incompetent. She'll tell me they don't have it even though they just had it the day before. Once they didn't have it for an entire week and when I asked her when they would have it again she literally responded "when we have time to go to storage." I worked with Seminole Dining on campus and where I worked we would go get something we were out of right away. It shouldn't take an entire week or longer to do so. It comes down to the laziness of the employees. And if it's an issue with the truck the obvious and simple solution is to ORDER MORE. As it is I'm paying $.60 more every time for soy milk which isn't even what I want. Hopefully when Aramark gets out of FSU the new company will improve this subpar Starbucks.

No one there knows how to make actual coffee it’s nasty af , & the line is tooo long but more than anything they make coffee so nasty
When they were out of paninis, the cashier Darcella knew what sandwiches they did have and listed them off for me. I decided the spinach feta wrap and it's delicious. It also didn't take a long wait!
I get a venti white chocolate mocha iced with an extra shot of espresso and the past two times I’ve ordered this the coffee is practically non existent and the total espresso in that coffee is supposed to be 4 so you would thing you would taste it which I do when I go to other Starbucks but not this one I’ve literally been drinking this coffee with basically just milk in it and no coffee
benefits: reduces amount of annoyed customers & overall wait due to properly implementing the order the first time
