Frank and his team, on the other hand, were classy and professional. When I returned the next day, they were happy to let me drive the Prius I had my eye on again even if I didn't intend to buy. I am so glad I did. Jim walked me through the process and sold me the vehicle at a very good price. Above and beyond in customer service, Jessie even offered to fix a part in the interior that had broken off. I highly recommend Frank's to anyone involved in the overwhelming ordeal of car shopping. Excellent service and vehicles. Salesman (Jim) was very good to work with and worked hard to get us into the correct car. We would buy again from Frank Risech's dealership in a heartbeat, especially over all the big dealerships on Tennessee. Frank has a nice variety of gently used cars, in good shape, clean and priced to sell! Josh did a great job of helping me look over the cars that I was interested in. Frank's Auto World dispelled my stereotypes about used car dealers. Jim was phenomenal to work with and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the car. And I LOVE my car. I was never blindsided about anything throughout the process. There were no gimmicks during the sale. They were upfront and honest. The first time I visited, another employee, Jessie was super helpful when we took the car out for a spin. I spoke with him, Frank, and Jim. They were all extremely nice and informative but not pushy, as opposed to some other dealers I interacted with. (To give you an example, at another used car shop, NOT FRANK'S, I returned after only one visit and one test drive, to drive a completely different car I had seen on the lot the day before. When I asked to take it for a spin, I was told aggressively , "When will you buy the car? This is not a franchise dealer where you can just drive cars around. When will you buy?" And then he proceeded to try to sell it to me.)
