I love forever 21 online !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But when i came here I saw that 99% of this store was for females and was disappointed to find that the 21 men section had only a 2 small racks and a small wall with clothes ! I still got some good deals and they are really cheap and have great prices.
One of the most important things that will keep me coming back to a store regardless of what the store sells is the employees and customer service. I dread having to come here sometimes just because I have to deal with rude, "better than you" type, and unhelpful employees. I am fairly new to Tallahassee. I usually only shop at forever 21 for staple items and the occasional dress. I received a gift card from a family member and thought to get a new bathing suit. Regardless of the whole "mismatch" style, they have very little bathing suit choices. The patterns they offer look much worse than Walmart brand. I was simply looking for a solid black 2 piece swim suit. I have been there probably 5 times in the last 4 weeks and they have yet to put out any plain black bottoms. They have plain black tops but no bottoms. This does not make any sense to me considering black is so versatile. It has been a complete inconvenience and disappointment. I have dealt with several employees that have done little to nothing to help me. I personally used to work in retail and I always went above and beyond to make sure that my customers were satisfied. Regardless of items being in back, I would literally walk in the back and look for an item. If it was unreachable I would talk to my manager and see if they could help me. If the item was not in yet I would take down the persons name and number and make sure to put that item on hold for them. The only thing the Forever 21 employees of Tallahassee are capable of is standing in place for the duration of their shift with a poor attitude. Not to mention the lack of eye contact and. I will no longer be shopping here once the balance of my gift card is at zero.
