Love this chain. Not too expensive and always has a sale going on. Store can be messy and you may have a wait to check out. No jeans in women's, just skinny so I stick with tops and dresses.
The entire staff exemplified EXCELLENT customer service on today being one of the busiest times of the year(back to school- Florida's Tax Free Weekend). All smiles, greeted everyone from the front of the store to the back with EXCELLENT help then to the registers, everyone showed great work ethics and every register opened. Kudos to Management for hiring a great team for this business. Made me want to spend my funds.
Clothing is awesome, service is mediocre. Staff tries hard to help but seem to not understand their own store policies. This was apparent in the exchange process and I ended up using the online exchange process instead of the in store process. Overall though I would definitely go back and I will always love Old Navy.
This is a great place for the GAP brand cuts at bargain prices. Service was good and the store was a little messy due to the Christmas sales (to be expected). I miss the original Tallahassee Mall Old Navy location. GPS needs to locate back to the Centre of Tallahassee on a stand alone pad, similar to how Urban Outfitters opened in Collegetown (corner of Woodward Avenue and Gaines Street, Tallahassee). TLH can easily support two locations...and bring back the changing curtains.
