Poorly trained staff and sloppily stocked shelves. Only redeeming quality is the Pokémon card selection as they have some old gems hidden
I went there to shop for a friends first child. Never having had one of my own I was completely lost. Chynise was beyond helpful and showed me exactly what I asked for and had great tips and advice. Don't know when I will have the need to go back but highly recommend her and this store. Clean, great staff (Chynise), and my friend and his wife are beyond happy with the gifts.
It's Ok... Could be a better selection of merchandise! Shocked by the bankruptcy tho....
Good location with knowledgeable staff. Easy to navigate store, but doesn't always have the latest and greatest. This location DOES however carry the high-end Figu-Arts action figure series!
Good store. They had a bunch of interactive stuff for kids to do on the Sat I was there, like shoot nerf guns, etc.
