If you can't find what you are looking for on the shelf, don't bother asking for help, the associates are 80% likely to tell you too bad. If what you are looking for is not a small or extra small, this store is not likely to have it in stock. Do not waste your time or your money. There is another branch on the other side of town if you MUST have this brand. There is a far better brand awaiting your discovery online.
This is an abysmal store. First, not all the associates are bad. Some, most even are really well trained and try their best to take their job seriously. They are not just selling frilly undies. They are nursing the pride and self esteem of women of all ages.
Second, unfortunately, the store as a whole is a complete failure. The times I have been in there (five in total) with three women of various sizes and two men shopping for women, the items offered were brightly colored and pretty but not really an assortment.
