Girl at the register was very rude and so was the manager. Lost $40 in reward cards... I got a fitting and the girl who helped me was very nice and checked me out. I used my reward cards and later noticed i didnt get the discount i thought i would get. I went back in long story short found out i couldnt use the coupons on sale items. Which is fine.. but i wish i would have known that. I ended up losing 2 of my $20 reward cards cause i returned the items. The girl had a nasty attitude when explaining this to me. I came back in literally 5mins after making the purchase. They gave me my money back, kept my coupons and were very rude to me. NEVER going back to this Victorias Secret
Had the pleasure of working with Monique. Oh my! Monique was extremely knowledgeable about all of the VS bras and just by looking knew what coverage I needed. Great sense of humor and excellent customer service is what I received from this superb employee! Thank you VS for employing such a great person!
There's a reason I save my Victoria Secret visits for when I'm out of town. I was looking for a new bra and saw they were having a sale (a week or two ago). You'd think if they were practically out of anything above a B they'd let you know before having you search twenty different store bins. Just a thought. Someone was training a new employee how to measure, oh what a mistake. The teacher measured me because I thought I'd gone up. She told me I was two cup sizes and two bands smaller than what I am. Now both I and the person I was with can sew, so we know how to measure. After questioning if she was sure, three flimsy bras that weren't even on sale were shoved into my hands. It for sure confirmed that they know nothing about bra sizing, costumer service, or how to run a store. If you're looking to shop here you might as well bring your own measure, do it yourself, and find your own bras because the staff is ignorant.
