Great group. If you have teeth, this is the place to go IMHO. Friendly staff and great dentist. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I love everyone here, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, had an appointment with Dr. Ratowski and his assistant (can't remember her name. I think it started with a J?) and they were both incredibly kind and wonderful! Donna at the front desk seemed a bit short with me, but other than that my experience was 100% positive!

I put off a procedure for a year due to past dental experiences and fear of the numbing shot. My fears were completely unfounded with Dr Couch and his staff. Didn't even feel the shots and that was amazing! I wish I could rate this office 10 stars. They have technical knowledge I have not seen before in a dental office and would highly recommend them! Thank you, Dr Couch, and to your staff!
Need to improve bookkeeping. Receptionists have been condescending and rude on two occasions over a misunderstanding on payment. The way they spoke on the phone was unprofessional. The doctors and hygienists are very friendly.
