Dt close was nice to me but the stuff is rude,can not do book keeping at all! I agreed to one price and made ALL payments on time until paid in full! Now 4 years later they are calling me none stop saying I owe them another 1700.00 i paid i said then the lady says to me you'll pay or we will not ever stop calling.call me again I'll charge you with harassment!
Connie the hygienist was amazing, so kind, patient, gentle and caring. I would recommend her to anyone, even sensitive patients.
Very rude to staff... you have to see/hear it for yourself. He does seem competent as a dentist, but very little "bedside manners." The staff are very knowledgeable about his personality. I would not work there, but "to each their own." Bottom line... good dental work, but awful psychological atmosphere.
I would not recommend Dr. Close to anyone. We was very rude to and verbally abusive towards his staff. I went back after seeing this during my first visit because I thought maybe he was having a bad day, everyone does. On my second visit he was even ruder to the hygienist and snatched something out of her hand that visibly frightened her. The guy has some issues. A few months after the second visit I mentioned the incident to my periodontists hygienist and without telling her his name she knew who I was talking about because she had the same experience when she went to see him and has had other patients who have as well. Not sure what the turnover rate is like on his staff but I don't see how anyone could stay there for long. Again, the guy has some issues.
Best dentist I've ever had. Dr. Close is meticulous and doesn't miss a thing. Highly recommend.
