D.J. in the Tire Department always takes great care of me! I came in today with a bad tire, about 15 minutes before closing. D.J. promptly took care of it. Kevin in customer service rocks, too! Everyone here is awesome. I throw down 10 or 12 Benjamins every month here. Love this place !
If you want bulk products at great prices this is the place for you. If you want to be accosted by DirecTV sales people when you walk through, this is also the place for you. Aside from that its clean, well stocked, cashiers are helpful and did I mention great prices?!

Great place to shop and have a good time doing it. Always able to find what I need and after buying at Sam's I don't have to worry about getting any more for a while.
Understaffed and typically not as clean as Publix or Costco, I only go to Sam's Club when absolutely necessary. In my experience, the parking lot is often full of carts, debris, and people who just park wherever they please. The cards themselves are typically rusted, dirty, and on occasion, have a messed up wheel. Interior lighting is abysmal and the floors could use a scrubbing. That excellent cleaning and restaurant supplies. I was upset to find they've replaced most of their checkout Lanes with self-service systems, which cuts down on employees. And the system didn't even work for me, and I had to wait at this single open register to check out. The only good thing is that they are open earlier and later than Costco.
