They have taken care of my mother and my brother. Always treated with dignity and respect. Already prepared for them to bury my dad when the time comes.
I am disgraced by my family writing a review like this. Scotty was nothing but nice to us, it was my own family who did not pay the cemetary we chose in Defuniak Springs, therefore where was the funeral director suppose to take her, they weren't going to pay the bill period is all that was, hoping to get one over on someone. She explained several times for the next of kin to contact her but they were too busy getting drunk or medicating to speak with her. She was very professional and I am ashamed my own family would act this way. Bevis has always been top notch professional and this lady was just that. Very nice, very respectful but my side of the family is messed up on the drug choice they choose to continue to mess up their lives.
Bevis handled the preparation for transport for my mom when she died in my home in Tallahassee. They were caring, sympathetic, professional, and respectful in every way. We felt mom was in very loving hands and would be treated is if she was their own family. Very positive 1st experience for us regarding q transfer - but comforting her privacy and respect was not compromised. Bless you Bevis! We will be calling upon you for future (way down the road hooefully).

This is the most horrific experience I have ever seen, our family is mourning, we've lost our Mom, Aunt, Sister, Grandmother and the woman who we've dealt with there has been rude and ugly every step of the way. Scotty is the woman who has caused our family so much trauma! We've asked to speak to the owner, he never called me back, that was two days ago..... we have flown in from all over the country to bury our loved one today and they will not deliver the body, now they are telling us, they won't be able to do until Tuesday, but yet when another family member called about a new purchase they said they could do tomorrow. At this point we've called the police and about to call the news. I am disgusted by the hell these people are putting our family through, while we are mourning.... don't EVER use this business! I am heartbroken all over again
