DO NOT LET THIS FACILITY HANDLE YOUR LOVED ONES!!! My grandmother passed away, and my family had to wait in the hospital room with her deceased body for 10 hours because the funeral driver apparently fell asleep. On the day before the funeral, the family went to approve the body, and we were completely dissatisfied with their work. I didn't recognize my own grandmother. She was about 5 shades darker than normal, and her face was completely different. Her lips were protruded and her face looked like wax. It seemed like they pumped her face with fillers to get rid of the wrinkles. I have never seen ANYTHING like this in my life! Strong and Jones has handled my loved ones in the past, and they looked like they were sleeping peacefully. I don't know who did this monstrosity to my grandmother, but they should be ashamed of themselves. We will NEVER come back again. I am angered and embarrassed that this is the last image our loved ones have of our beloved grandmother. We paid for this service, and we should have received better quality. Obviously Strong and Jones is capable of doing things correctly because there were other bodies who looked like they should. I truly believe that the bodies who were done correctly were "well known", and they gave us the sloppy seconds. If everyone is paying for the same service, consistency is expected. If anyone is thinking about using Strong and Jones, DONT!!! Point. Blank. Period.
