The worst ever... I ordered a living room set on the 24th of September... here I am still waiting on the 4th of November... the wait time was suppose to be up to 4 weeks do the math... this place sucks all I want is my funiture that I paid for in FULL. If it's not on the floor don't buy. They will tell you anything to get your money. The process will take long like this one... the only reason I didn't get my money back is because this was the set I had my eyes on forever and bought everything to go with the colors of the set... DO BETTER AMERICAN FREIGHT
If your on a budget this is a great place to go to, but if you can afford to go some where else that sales quality pieces, do so. Me and my boyfriend bought a living room set and the couch isn't comfortable and the color seem to be fading and the cushion aren't as fluffy anymore. We did buy a head board and it was really good, still have it ! I just know now that I will only buy a bed frame or a drawers but nothing like a couch or mattress.
Horrible customer service. First, I ordered a sectional from them and paid $100 for the water resistant spray. After about a week I decide to test the spray and pour some water on the couch and it just soaked right in. I called and they said that they probably didn't spray it properly and they would send their delivery guy with a bottle to re-spray it the next day. They never sent anyone and when I called back, they said "We wouldn't have said that" and gave me a new number to call. Then, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. I ordered a dining set from them and was told it would take 4 weeks at most. After four weeks, I get a call to set up the delivery date. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I get a call saying that they actually don't have it in stock. He told me he could order it from the Panama City store and have it delivered by the end of the month. The end of the month came and I hadn't received calls from them so I called to check on the status. No one had any clue what I was talking about and they said they would go to Panama City and have it delivered in another week. I called after a week and they told me the table at Panama City had actually been damaged. Again, I never recieved any phone calls to give me an update on anything that was going on, I always had to make contact first. After this, they told me that the new one would be there by Monday. I finally have the table now, but this whole process was incredibly disorganized. The staff proved to be very unprofessional and I will not make the mistake of giving them my business again.
Do not buy from this store. Furniture is incredibly cheap quality and they do NOT stand behind their products. My dresser arrived cracked, my sofa had a weird puckering in it, and the top of my dining table is peeling off. I had to put up a ridiculous fight to get them to resolve the first two problems and they refuse to do anything about the third, only offering me a “great deal” if I were to purchase another table from them. Don’t give them a cent or one moment of your time.
