Excellent as always. I have been with Badcock for over 30 years and the staff is awesome.
From beginning to end this was a HORRIBLE way to treat a customer! Will NEVER have my business again
My husband and I PLEADED to purchase the couch that day, even offering to pay a deposit. She ASSURED us the couch would be there and we could come back and get the couch once the price was reduced in the system. Why would you have furniture on the sales floor for a customer to see if they cant buy it??? That’s terrible for customers! I called the next day she said they were still waiting. The following day was a holiday so on the 3rd day I personally came into the store. She immediately recognized me and knew which couch I was there for. She looked in the system and told me it had been sold!!
Great place to shop and the payments are pretty low, staff is very friendly and make you feel at home!
I just bought a house and fell in LOVE with a couch in their clearance section. It was the PERFECT size and color for the layout of my home. I asked a sales associate for the price of the unmarked item and she advised that it was on the list to have the price reduced by corporate and that she could not sell it until they did so.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Badcock. It was my first & LAST experience. I will NEVER spend my money with them. I STRONGLY advise against shopping with them.
I escalated the situation to the corporate office. They took approx. 3 weeks before they finally called me back and offered $50 off the original price of couch they were going to reduce the price on anyways.
Just paid off my account with them. Only to find out i still have $300 credit limit. Everything in their so high priced from $1000 and up. What can u possibly get with a $300 credit limit. Smdh!
We went into the store and the person helping us didn't know what the pieces were. That should have been our reason to leave. Well we buy the couch and a coffee table the lady said that the table was on back order but it shows its in the warehouse there. So we schedule for delivery the guys don't know anything about our table and barely knew how to put the couch together and it took forever. Oh I forgot the were like 2 hours late. Then I called to cancel the table and I had to call twice to get it cancelled. Then one of the recliners broke a couple of days later so I called the store the lady said oh we will send a repair man. Two guys came late again and the guy said oh we can't fix that we just take a pic they will have to exchange it. So we decided to return the couch but the lady said well we can just exchange it. So we decided to keep it another mistake we love this couch but HATE BADCOCK. So I called and they said they would bring it the guy was a hour late i called and hitched out the lady and said we don't want the furniture please come get it or don't bring the exchange. So 2 hours later a guy came and said oh we are here for your exchange and was rude and we said we didn't want it. After there was no call to say I'm so sorry we are running late. He said oh why don't you want it so he missed off my wife and she closed the door and locked it. So they said you have to pay for this I said I haven't even owned it for a month lady said that is just how the billing is. I called the main office and the lady didn't want to hear all of my complaints but said we don't have to pay. So never ever go to Badcock they SUCK
