And while me and my family were waiting there for another attendant.She continued to be frowning at us and showed gestures that she was pissed off with our presence there.
And angry manner while putting back the drape back to the chair.
When we arrived there, an african- american attendant ( i didnt got her name) was at their receiving area. When she was getting my information you can tell that she was not really friendly and seemed irritated with our presence.
I dont know if she was just under the weather at that time but she was very unprofessional.
My husband and son have been going here for the last 4 years and will not be going back. I used their app to check in online like I usually do. When I checked in it said I had a 77 minute wait. So I went and picked up my kids, grabbed a quick bite for dinner and ran an errand to kill time and not have to go home. During this time I closely monitored my time through the app. When I went in to the salon the lady pulled up my informatuob but told me the "system" cancelled my appointment. She then Told me that I was removed because when I checked it was over an hour wait. I challenged her on this as it didn't make any sense. The app never cancelled me, it allowed me to check in with over an hour wait, it didn't send me a message or notification telling me this. It is also not found in the apps terms and conditions. Then she tells me that I have to wait for another 30-35 minutes to get my sons haircut. Ugh! I called the corporate office and The lady took my complaint down and told me that I should be getting a call from a representative of this location. I am now going on my fourth business day without a phone call. Cherry on top!
The company is a horrible company to work for. They do not care about their employees at all!!!! Dont work here! And if you are getting a haircut here understand that the company value speed way more than quality. The stylist there are penalized if the haircut last more than 15 minutes. From the time you are checked in, the stylist is being timed. Be careful. Double check your haircut and explain thoroughly what you are looking for. I wouldn't recommend getting a haircut here.
Worst haircut I've ever had. Left areas of fade in back long and areas on top 1 inch different than other areas.. Don't ever go here!!! Your better off cutting your own hair!
Nice place for hair cut but every time had different person with slightly diff haircut.
I will never forget this experience and how rude and irate this attendant was to me and my family.
I approached her and asked what wrong and why is she still frowning at us. And she started to be very angry to the point that she was yelling " you dont know me , im so done with this ...........blah blah "
When it was my turn i was called by this same lady, i showed her the picture of the haircut i preferred ( my wife saved this on her phone so it will be easy for any hairstylist to copy)
Me, my wife and daughter went to great clips today at mahan road. My wife had convinced me to have my haircut and right after church i drove to this saloon.
The way she acted was rude. She should just answered that she cant do the haircut and that she can refer me to other hairstylist present there. But the way she acted was really rude as if we ( customers) does not have any say on our preferred haircut.
I was shocked with the kind of costumer service this lady have. I wanted to walk out and get my family out of that place but i calmed myself and just waited for the other attendant to call me.
The lady answered back " what is that!!!! ' " I said its semi mohawk " and she said " ah well i dont do that, i dont know how to do that" she said this in a loud
The lady asked what was the picture? So i answered in a polite manner that i want a similar haircut like the one in the picture.
