I chose this location because it was conveniently located but needless to say I'm very dissatisfied with the service I've received.
I made a purchase from here and changed my mind that same day. I promptly returned to the store with my receipt (from 3 hrs prior) and asked for a refund. I was informed that they don't issue refunds. And would only be willing to give me store credit. I tried contacting the manager/owner and no one has been willing to resolve this matter.
Always friendly & helpful. I'm a new Natural Hair DIY'er so making final decisions can sometimes be a challenge. I've never, however, had any problems exchanging or holding my $$$ for store credit. I know I'm sometimes a pain in the patootie but they never make me feel that way.
Don't shop where there is a no return policy. Even if the item is unused. Sad. Last time coming here.
Always has quality hair and a staff willing to help and give their opinions. I always shop there to get my wigs because of the wide selection that they offer. My top hair store to buy wigs.
