This place is awesome! Got my nipples pierced here and it was an excellent experience. Phoebe was my piercee and she was sweet, personable, and professional.she explained everything that she was going to do before she did it so I was aware of what was going to happen. The place is also super clean. Phoebe changed her gloves 4 times during my piercing process and sterilized the room between people (I went with two of my friends). They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable. I will be coming back here for more piercing in the future.

I had my first piercing done here and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, safe, and clean location. The employees were helpful and engaging, made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process clearly. I was very impressed by the precautions taken to ensure a clean and sterile environment. I will definitely be coming back for any of my piercings in the future.
I love this place! 2 weeks ago I received my 3rd piercing by them. Each time I go they make me feel so comfortable. They also make sure you know how to care for your piercing(s), and what to expect during && after piercing(s.) However, one of the top reasons I love this business is the quality and selection of jewelry. All jewelry is NOT made equal and the quality of their jewelry shows!! This will always be my go to place for piercings and jewelry for my piercings. Thank you all for being so professional, sanitary, and caring.
Horrible customer service, and the wait can be up to an hour, even for a simple jewelry change, which they do not take appointments for. It is very hard to get to their shop based on their store hours (and I work almost the same hours and days as they are open). I have been trying for a few days to go to get an earring changed out, and they told me they didn't have time today, and to come when the shop opens at 11 am, when I am working. They need to be making more appointments and taking less walk-in, to better serve people and their schedules. The last time I was in the shop also, I spent $160 on a beautiful gold feather earring, which I love, and I waited in line about 10 minutes for the girl at the counter to even acknowledge that I had entered the store. I am very disappointed to say the least, because they have the best experience out of anyone. They clearly need more help in the shop, because they seem to be overwhelmed and out of patience lately. Will not be going back, sadly.
Such a great place. Super happy that I was told to go to them. I love how Phoebe walks you through every step and makes sure you're always comfortable and happy with your piercing. I would give them 6 stars if I could to make up for the butthurt 1 star reviews
