At first, when we were purchasing our jewelry the experience was acceptable. However after having to have our rings adjusted in size, the customer service was deplorable and nearly non existent. We were treated in manner that made it seem as if we were a burden and an inconvenience. We do not recommend that anyone gives their business to this location, because customers do not seem to be a priority.
i didnt even grab a name but im still beyond extremely upset so badly that i am here finally writing this with the little time i have. you have a blonde woman that works there and she disrespects my boyfriend and i every time we walk in and ignores us or gives us strange looks and even asked me if i could afford something in the store! that was our first experience in which someone else there ended up helping us as i assumed she was just having a bad day. second time we visited she told us to give her a moment to help other customers that had just walked in after us! first mistake! THEN it wasnt even a customer! it was a woman bringing her flowers and hugging her! i am still beyond LIVID that every time i step in this store this woman ignores us and treats us as if we do not deserve her service, if i do not see change he next time i come in i will report her to the highest head of kays i can find and that is a promise.
Very professional and took5 the time
They are great when spending money. Forget it when you are getting something sized or soldered together. They say it will take 3 weeks. You call and get a rush on it and they say it will be done by a certain time. You call and check they said they have no idea what you are talking about and ignore you. Absolutely terrible when you have spent Thousands and thousands of dollars.
Absolutely horrendous at calling customers back with information/updates on jewelry inquisitions.
