This place doesn't even deserve to get a star! If I was able to post this without a star, I would. They are the rudest people you will come across. They are not willing to help figure anything out. Everything seems like a bother to them. The system sucks! My husband had mediation with his baby moms. They agreed to not have him pay backed up child support, so that was waived. Apparently, when you get the complete agreement, signed by the judge. You still have to go to the child support office to turn it in. But for some reason they fail to tell you that. We filled out modification forms, and they got lost. They never received it, so they closed the case. Now lady at child support office, tells us that the system in Tallahassee was down so they couldn't process paperwork. SO what happened to my paperwork? In the trash? They don't know anything, they get paid to do nothing. On top of that, they have the nerves to roll their eyes at you. LOL. All I can do is laugh because if not I'll be angry. I'm surprised a crazy person who does bad things hasn't entered that building yet. SMH. They need to be more understanding. I'm dissapointed with the system here in Florida. They suckkkkk!!!
They are sharks. Absolute sharks. I hope and pray the IRS is abolished so this can be managed by a more reputable, intelligent and informed company. I wouldn't let this team make me a sandwich they are so incompetent, much less handle my life, my child's life and another parent's life. It's rather terrifying that this exceptionally ignorant group are responsible for thousands of lives. Honestly, all you can do is pray. Pray that the child support system becomes managed by a greater team.
They sent me a notice. WHen I called about it, they denied they sent it to may. THey said they do not keep records of notices that they send. I wish I could run a business as poorly as this and had the power of the government.
I have worked with our local FDOR tax office in Melbourne FL for almost 15 years as well as working with Tallahassee and Orlando and always found the individuals to be knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
Horribly rude. I've been told I "don't listen" and been hit with the expression "Oh Jesus" when I asked a question. Extremely unprofessional. There is no customer service whatsoever. They have no regard for clients and consistently sound annoyed when doing their job.
