Working directly with Monica from Browning was a pleasant experience. She had every single thing handled and organized. Every step of the way she was informative and patient with the million questions I had. I'm glad we chose this company to help us with our move from FL to PA. I also would like to recognize the man, can't recall his name at this time, who worked very hard and efficiently to pack our things up properly and was very professional the entire time. This man was also there on the 2nd day to load up the truck with all of our stuff, I believe he was the one driving the truck. We really appreciated all the hard work that the unpacking crew and and the previous man I mentioned put forth into making sure our stuff arrived in good shape. If we ever have a big move like this again we will definitely be using Browning Moving!

We used Browning Moving and Storage for our office relocation. The weeks leading up to the Big Move were stressful and overwhelming. Monica followed up with our office regularly to make sure we didn't need any further assistance and to offer any suggestions. We were provided totes to pack our loose items so that we didn't have the burden of trying to locate moving boxes. They were very professional at all times. On "Move Day" they showed up before their expected time and immediately assisted in the final packing of our office items. They took great care in wrapping and securing our computer equipment and office furniture to avoid any damage. The worked carefully and quickly to get us moved and set up at the new location. My driver was very friendly and helpful, however many of my boxes arrived soaking wet, which ruined the contents. I've lost close to $500 in records and collectibles and countless more in invaluable items. My computer desk was broken in the move, as well, and several of my boxes were mysteriously repacked without my knowledge. I get pressured to sign forms and wasn't able to verify the condition of my items prior to the driver leaving. I've reached out to the company about these issues and have received no response. I would not recommend this mover for long distance moves. This was the highest quote I received and the service was subpar. I trusted this company because of their affiliation with United Van Lines, but that trust was clearly misplaced.
There were three young men from Browning Moving and Storage out of Tallahassee that unloaded our household goods when we moved from Camden, Arkansas to Perry, Florida that were phenomenal! These gentlemen were professional, courteous, they took care of our household items, and made sure they didn't do any damage to our hardwood floors. I strongly recommend these three, Kelly Sylvest, James Cooper, and Rico McBride. If we move again, I will definitely call them! Thanks Guys!
