I wouldn't shop any place else for my dog. The place is neat and clean. The customer service is over the top. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. I go there because they don't try to sell you something you don't need. It is just the opposite. I have been told more than once that my dog really didn't need what I was questioning. And they were right! They truly care about the people and pets that come into their store.
The guys at Natural Healthy Pet are wonderful! They know their stuff regarding dogs and cats and carry wonderful products. We have shopped elsewhere but will stick with Natural Healthy Pet. Failed to mention that they have competitive prices.

Basil and Jerry are encyclopedias of information on dog food!. Even tho at the moment I live too far away to purchase from them, they are most helpful at answering any questions I have and at length. I'm always calling them for advice and they willingly help. I am always impressed with how much they know. They are not out for a buck but are honest and generous people.
