would prefer it that way lots of times. However them getting me to talk pretty much all of them just passing by is nice. And working with the different physical therapist here is nice too. Meet and get to know them all pretty much. It's a really nice atmosphere. I've learned a lot of different stretches and do them at my place in between appointments. I'm not and maybe never will be 100% but I feel better then when I 1st came in. And any relief is better than none. And I believe I've already stared coming along pretty darn good. Before coming here I was about to throw the towel down. I've had surgery, chiropractor, trigger point injections, epidural shots, and of course pills. The surgery was OK but I'm better than your weatherman or women. Everything else was like a band aid on a cut. Kinda protects it. But you need some Neosporin. And I believe this is my you could say Neosporin. With good caring people!
All the positive reviews here are true! If you find my reviews very few place would get 5 stars. I've had nine appointments so far. They are very observant and listen besides what you really want some one to remember stuff going on and care about your treatment. You will get this from everyone here. I want to get better but they will start asking if I'm in any pain after awhile. And basically sometimes even saying something as to don't over do it. I also have ptsd. It can at times from friendly talk be a little loud and they ask if I'd like to do most stretching kinda away. (which to me is nice I still occasionally have what they call flight or fight and before some sessions want to flight) but they can see and work with me. There patient and very friendly people here. I've read reviews and heard them say their like a family. And they are. It's a very friendly place. I feel blessed my Dr got a referral for me to go here. I don't ever want to cancel a appointment. But have had to call twice. I walk here and I know one was due to rain and other was ether that or to bad off to walk that day. But they are very unstanding. It took me a while to kinda get out of my shell and talk to others there. They kinda make you talk which is good for me. I stay to myself mostly and
I went to TOSPT for about four months to rehab my knee after ACL reconstructive surgery. The environment here is simply amazing. The therapists who worked there quickly became friends because they are all so kind and make you feel at home. I did not view going to therapy as a chore nor did I dread going there every week, in fact I looked forward to it because I got to see my therapists/friends. The therapists were not only friendly, they were also very knowledgeable and helpful during the rehabilitation process. I highly recommend going here for all your physical therapy needs! I also recommend giving Lindsay a raise because she is the best!
The place has a good vibe in the early mornings and the therapists seem to enjoy being there and helping the patients.
Extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapists. They actually care if you get better (not just another billable session). I will not go anywhere else. I feel pretty confident in saying if they can't help you, nobody in Tallahassee can.
