I wound up having to order directly through the manufacturer rather than the store, but the employees at Capital City Runners were extremely helpful and attentive! The young man who helped me was able to explain the differences/advantages of one type of running shoe over another to help me find one that would work for me. I'll definitely be going back for my next pair, and hopefully, I'll be able to get them through the store then!

I went in yesterday looking for a new running shoe for distance training. All of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like I'd known them for years. Justin, in particular, helped me find the right shoe in a sea of selection. He spent the better part of an hour and a half analyzing my gait on their red carpet camera, showing me different styles and adjusting to my feedback. I am super excited to try out my new shoes and will be coming back to Capital City Runners for my training apparel, shoes and snacks in the future!
