Wasn't good customer service
Small Footlocker that does not get very many releases. Truthfully though the staff has always been very kind and willing to help. This footlocker would be my go to choice if they had more product. Don't get me wrong they have good shoes and nice clothes just not very many exclusives. Love the staff and easy location.
I always use this store to avoid the mall crowd but the last 2 weeks I've been in there and the customer service is horrible, also I ordered 2 pair of shoes on a Friday got called to come pick my order up and it was only 1 pair of shoes and it's been well over a week still haven't gotten my other pair of shoes yet & school will be starting soon....This is ridiculous! Never will I order from them again if it's not in the store, I'll just save my money and time.
