Didn't want to have to drive further just for a few items but after many instances of problems here, what is the use? Not a fan of Wal-mart or Winn-Dixie but our choices are few in Leon County.
Manager doesn't care, looked at me like I was a pain to him for bringing a problem to his attention, extremely immature, no business running a store like this.
Publix has always been my go-to grocery store. The employees are extremely polite, and very helpful. They all seem to know where every single item is in the store. I've gone to Publix pretty much my while life and have never been dissatisfied. They are also beginning to have a pretty extensive array of Greenwise (organic) products. Every other grocery store I've ever been to either does not have the supply that Publix has, or does not have the customer service skills to make the shopping enjoyable.
Always out of stock on so many items. So many times I've just left my cart sitting there in the aisle and walked out frustrated.
I always find what I need at Publix and they are very helpful. However, I wish only USA prunes were sold in the USA! Bananas still 65 cents per lb, but not elsewhere.
Publix is a nice Super Market chain. They regularly have good specials on all sorts of items. The sandwich and hot bar is excellent! I also feel like the cashier's are very friendly. Good customer service.
Prices are misplaced.
Publix must be having to cut back because this was the skinniest sub sandwich I've bought anywhere. Hardly any meat at all.

I have been shopping here since it was built, as I live within a mile. The kids that work here have always been very nice to meet. The only problem here is a limited and often put of stock of many common items. The pharmacy can Que lines of 10 people or more at critical times which appears to be a management issue. The meat dept is limited and overpriced, so I often limit my purchases here and go elsewhere for most of our main purchases.
Receipts are incorrect and have to go make an adjustment at the customer service counter before I can leave.
