I have been a client of Dr. Hale's clinic for a couple of decades, and he is one of the most knowledgeable and kindest vets I have ever known or worked with. He has a terrific rapport with the animals, an excellent bedside manner with the humans, and far more compassion for what both animals and owners are experiencing than many other vets I have seen. I credit this man with saving the life of more than one of my pets over the years, and he has grieved with me when the time comes to bid one of them farewell. He is a real treasure and I am profoundly grateful to him for his many, many years of excellent care to my furry friends.
I have had all three of my dogs as patients at Cross Creek Animal Clinic. Dr. Hale is great with my pets and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He always gives you as much information as possible including all the science and technical terms I can't understand, but he is good at explaining. The staff is always friendly and helpful and love on my dogs every time we come in which is great because they end up enjoying the visit instead of having anxiety. I would recommend Cross Creek to anyone for their vet/animal needs.
They took us in on a moments notice to help make sure a birthing mother cat was not in distress.
