Great folks! My younger dog loves his visits & the vets here have really made an effort to work with me to resolve his skin issues. Our older dog has anxiety issues & I have never seen anyone put as much care & effort into soothing & calming any animal (or person)! The vets here truly love animals & care for mine as if they were theirs.
Dr. Melanie and her staff are truly wonderful and I've been fortunate to have them care for 5 of my dogs throughout the years. My dogs are like my children and I worry constantly about their health and how they are being treated. Each of my dogs has endured serious and complicated health issues and Dr. Melanie was thorough and accurate in her diagnosises and always provided us with the best treatment plan. She is kind and compassionate and takes the time to ensure you understand exactly what's going on and what needs or can be done. It's always about what's best for the patient. I've recently moved to Maine and the most stressful thing about my move has been worrying about finding a veterinarian like Dr. Melanie. Well guess what? There isn't another veterinarian like Dr. Melanie. She's truly one-of-a-kind.
My dog had his 15th birthday last month, and I just wanted to thank the staff at Los Robles for their superlative care. My dog Cricket has had chronic back issues for most of his life, but once he started regular acupuncture treatments with Dr. Donofro, his back never went out again. My dog’s quality of life has been amazing because of Los Robles!
