My service appointment was convenient to schedule. I was greeted at my car door as I pulled up by DJ. He was very professional and took all of my information, as well as insuring I had a ride to work. Caleb was assigned as my Service Advisor and I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received. He promised to call as soon as he heard from the technician and inform me of the issue. He did as promised. He gave a specific time that he would call and he was right on the minute. I was kept informed of the progress of the service. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was clean and ready. I've been a customer of Dale Earnhardt since 2003 and have always received adequate service. This was exceptional.
Harry took great care of me. My family and I were in a tight spot while moving across the country due to a hurricane taking our house. He was able to help us get the vehicle we needed and was a super nice guy. If I lived anywhere near there now, I would send people to see him. I can't speak of their other sales people however Harry was amazing.
The service from Mr. Tracy Warner was excellent. Normally the car buying process is very stressful and I get overwhelmed just thinking about having to haggle with a salesman and negotiate a fair price. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with the jovial spirit of Mr. Tracy Warner. He put my mind at ease and relieved my anxiety. If only all car buyer were welcomed and taken care of by car salesman as Mr. Warner, the process would be sooo much efficient and less stressful.
