If you are looking for a car avoid Drive Time in Tallahassee.....Worst place to buy a vehicle. Beware... just they will get you financed know that the vehicles they sell are not checked properly like they say they are. I purchased and am making payments on a vehicle I got in mid June. Within less than a month the change oil light came on and the back side of the vehicle is loose just from it going through a car wash. Their Customer Relations company is horrible and worst customer service ever! No one from there or Drive Time calls back and resolves anything. It doesn't end there... less than 2 months having this vehicle...the back breaks, pads and rotors had to be replaced. That was$350.00. I have been to Drive Time twice, called Customer Relations twice and provided them with receipt of payment twice and nothing has been done nor have they called me back. Once the sale is complete you are on your own. They care nothing about you, your car or customer service. My daughter has also purchased a vehicle and had problems with in less then a month as well.....worst company that I have ever dealt with. I even have pictures of proof. So if can avoid them...I recommend it to save you from a headache and a horrible experience
I have been car shopping for months all online. So after many hours of research I found Drive Time. I have to be honest I had zero expectations. Completed their online application and in came the first call from Alex. Let me tell you this man is incredible. Treated me like a person and has character. He found me countless options to look at. Every question I had he would come back with an answer quickly many times during his off time. We found the truck I wanted and from there it was a done deal.
