THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I BOUGHT A 2010 DODGE AVENGER FROM THEM BACK IN FEBRUARY AND IVE LITERALLY HAD TO REPLACE EVERYTHING IN IT, SPENDING PROBABLY JUST AS MUCH AS I PAID FOR THE STUPID CAR ITSELF.
Pictures online are misleading drove almost two hours to see some cars posted online in "good condition", when I arrived the cars had all flat tires incredibly faded paint as well as very dirty inside.
I literally just called to get some information on a car that I saw listed on their website. Before I could get 10 words out, the guy that i was speaking with began talking to someone else. He returns back to addreas me. I asked a question. He begins talking to the same person again. He returns back and answers my question. He hangs up before I could ask my follow up question. Customer service goes a long way with me. Suggestion: If you're going to rush the call.....DON'T answer the phone.
Very poor customer service! Very rude and cocky guy named Nick who manages there. He is a liar...about everything! He thought he could BS me bc I was a woman with my teenage daughter. He wouldn't give me information on specific cars I asked about and discouraged me from them bc "was out of price range" bc of the "funds they put into it". Took different cars on test drives, acted offended bc I did not like any and told him exactly why and what was wrong (raised with mechanics in my family). Amazingly after one of the test drives, the car "out of my price range" ...was $1000 cheaper?! Decided on a car ...only bc my time was getting cut short bc I needed a car ASAP for my daughter who lives in Tallahassee (I live 4+ hrs away) and I had to get heading home...or I would have never bought from this jerk! I forgot her title to car we traded in...told him I would mail it. He seemed fine with that. The car chosen needed a battery. Nick promised a new one to my daughter, told her where to go next day, and he would pay for it. She got to location, and Nick disputed "new" battery...wanted to pay for a refurbished one. When my daughter said no...bc he said new, he wanted her to pay half of it! He harrassed her through calls and text messages about her title for the trade to the point I had her block him...yet, did not call me. And...almost 10 months later....we STILL have not got the title for the car purchased! He is a poor excuse of a manager much less businessman! He has the worst attitude! The cars on the lot are NOT what their website advertise!!! BBB should shut this place down!!!
Went there to speak with someone. Their sign clearly stated they opened at 9 and I arrived a little after 10 and no one was there. I did get a chance to walk their lot and look at the cars that they had available and they were garbage. There was only maybe one or two vehicles that actually look good. The rest of the vehicles where dirty had dents and scrapes, bad tires and just in poor condition. Don't waste your time!
