I had a great buying experience with Hanselman. When I showed up on the lot they were courteous, but not pushy by any means. They practically told me to take the car to a repair shop to make sure everything is in good shape. I did and their were a few small issues, which was to be expected as the car was a 98 Accord. They offered me a fair price and treated me respectfully; none sales room antics I experienced at New Car dealerships.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My parents brought a car from them like a month ago two days after we got it the check engine light came on and the problems just started like there was no end they have so far invested about 500 dollars into the car with repair. Also the windshield panel had a crack in it so when it rains water gets into the passanger side. They say that the car is checked by this certain mechanic well THATS A LIE! If he wouldve checked the car thers no way all of the mechanic problems wouldve came with the car.
