The staff at Kia of Tallahassee were phenomenal. The showed expertise customer service and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle very refreshing and exciting. They were very easy to work with and communicate with and were extremely family friendly. I recommend Kia to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I have mixed reviews about Kia; first, the guy we saw, Damion, he was amazing. He did what he could and got us into a car, even with not so great credit. He was easy to talk to, knew his job, and made the whole process easier. I have never bought a car from a dealer until then. Joel was also fantastic; they did what they did and made things happen for me, and it was awesome! I was extremely impressed. The vehicle on the other hand has become a disappointment. It is a 2010 Impala (not brand new I know, but still) but leaks power steering fluid and the power steering pump sounds absolutely awful. The transmission has a whine (or something does). Also there is some electrical or sensor issue that makes the AC not work (some Engine Hot/Turn Off AC message when the engine is not hot). Overall disappointed in the car. Experience was great, quality of the car is not. If I had known of the issues previously I would have attempted to purchase a different car instead even though we love the Impalas. It's hard to pay $17k for something having that many issues already :(
My salesman, Christopher Finch, made my car purchasing experience painless. He worked hard to give me the best deal on a vehicle despite my credit challenges. I was treated more like a person and less like a sale. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality car for reasonable price who values customer service.

Small location with small offerings. The Service Department is fantastic! You are immediately greeted. They keep you informed and they provide fast warranty and recall service. VERY user friendly and affordable. I've lived in Las Vegas and Orlando prior to moving here. All KIA Service Departments have been great. I have to admit this location was superior to the others.
