Very dissatisfied with the service dept. They're overly eager to sell you things which you may or may not need.
I was blown away but the wonderful service I received while coming to this location to purchase a used vehicle. Luis Torres was my salesman and he was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to get everything done quickly and very efficiently and Highly recommend this dealership. Find Luis and tell him Joey sent you! You will not regret it!
My complaint isn't with the work they did, but the fact that I can't trust them to give me an honest assessment of what's needed. They're a classic example of "buyer beware".
Legacy Toyota exceeded my expectations! Eric McNeil (salesman) went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and was very informed on the vehicles I inquired about. He was in no way pushy what-so-ever, and was able to answer every question I asked. After I decided on which vehicle I wanted to buy, the final process was absolutely painless. Very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Eric McNeil (in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Every time I visit Legacy I have a problem with communication of my vehicle, and various other things. One time I was quoted an hour for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. The next visit I called ahead to make sure they had the parts in stock for my vehicle, and they said yes. When I arrived for my appointment they said they don't keep that item in stock, and they would have to order it. WELL that's why I called earlier in the week??!! The last time I visited them is the last time I will visit them. I called around 7:30am to see if they could get my car in to fix the battery. They said yes, as a walk in. No problem, I had a tow service deliver the vehicle around 9:30am to them. The tow guy even told them what was going on, and gave them my contact information. I called them around 10am to see if they could give me and update on the vehicle. The person said they were busy, and would call me back when they had some information for me. Well an hour later they finally decided to call me back with some great news, they can't find my vehicle?! What you can't find my vehicle! I asked to speak to a manager of course to straighten this mess out. I forgot this was Legacy and the manager was BUSY, and I would have to leave a message! It took over 2 hours for them to figure out they had my car!!
I brought my car in to diagnosis an automatic transmission shifting problem. Ended up getting sold a new radiator, engine mount, brake fluid flush, new valve-cover gasket and a new rack-and-pinion. They also tried to sell me on a new set of spark plugs (which I had already recently replaced.) Transmission problem not fixed.
They were very convincing that I needed all these things (and maybe I did), but the smart move would have been for me to get a second opinion. It's my own fault that I didn't just say "thank you" and take the car elsewhere.
