Nice clean cars and trucks for a decent price!
Absolutely terrific, Michael and his staff are in the business of taking care of their customers. I was terrified of buying a used car due to the horror stories many of us hear (or have personally faced). As soon as you walk into the door you can tell Michael’s Imports is different than the rest. When I walked in I said I was interested in a vehicle and Todd (awesome guy) simply handed me the keys and said, “Here you go, take it for a drive and let me know if you’re interested.” Absolutely no pressure at all there. When I did buy the car, I had some mechanical issues arise that they likely wouldn’t have been able to discover before selling me the car. When I called and spoke to Michael, he immediately sent me to a mechanic and took care of all my issues at no cost to me. Under contract he did not have to do that and could have simply told me it wasn’t his problem, but he is clearly in the business of taking care of his customers and doing the right thing. Bottom line, if you’re going to buy a used car, you shouldn’t look anywhere else. You’ll be treated like a human being and valued customer at Michael’s Imports.

Purchased a car from this dealership 8/19/16 and within the first week I have problems with this vehicle CLS 500....the suspension system went out, the headlights insulation on the wires was completely gone and the purge controlled system have problem which the company never inform me of the problem....which they reset the check engine light to cut off the light....when I called to talk to the owner Michael, never returned my call!
The salesman and staff were very nice and very helpful in picking the right car for me, but you have to be careful with your purchase and definitely get the car checked by a mechanic before you buy. That's where I messed up and they make you sign a document stating you buy the car as is no matter the potential problems which is normal. They had me convinced the car I bought was in great condition mechanically, but the car completely stopped working in three days and they took the car to their mechanic who blew the timing chains off of the camshaft and then decided he couldn't work on it so they sent me to Tallahassee auto clinic where they said they would split half of the repair costs. Tallahassee auto clinic had my car for over 8 months and still hadn't fixed it. So, I went there to get my car back without the complete repairs and they wouldn't let me have the car back unless I payed a grand over the decided fee causing me to pay over half on repairs. Currently working on the car myself in my limited spare time which is extremely tedious. Long story short don't believe everything you hear from them and do your homework and get the car checked out by someone you trust before you buy. Be smart!!
