I took my car in for some recalls and the staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. The environment was friendly and relaxing. I didn't leave with that sick feeling when dealing with the service staff. They gave me the details of my 27 point inspection and offered some suggestions without the pressure. It was a nice experience.
Jim and his team ALWAYS exceed my expectations of them each time I visit the service department. The staff takes the time to make you feel welcomed, accommodate your needs in the lobby to make the wait more enjoyable. The staff is very respectful, the lobby area is kept clean at all the times, and their coffee is GREAT. Jim and his team work hard to make sure they fix any and all issues you may be experiencing with your car or even just maintenance work. I know that I will be buying another Infiniti at Napleton of Tallahassee.

They do not try and take advantage of you with their prices and are very reasonable. I highly recommend asking for Anthony Scott as your sales rep. He is very honest and personable.
